We believe any good partnership starts with an understanding of people and their roles in the process. We first listen to your goals for your paved asset and learn how your property is used. Requirements for retail, office, and private property vary so we aim to understand who uses your pavement. Our team completes an in-person assessment of your paved asset. We walk the property with our client and point out vulnerabilities and areas of improvement. We take pictures and notes so we are prepared for upcoming work.



ESTIMATE & ROADMAP
We then outline what you can expect when servicing your paved asset. We outline everything from total cost of ownership over a 10-year span, to day of service considerations such as traffic flow around a closed area of pavement.

Ever heard that old business adage that “Time is money?” This is especially true when scheduling construction jobs for maximum efficiency and profit. At Ram, we’re dedicated to continuously perfecting the imperfect art of job scheduling. We understand and value our clients’ time restrictions and deadlines. We know that scheduled jobs are always moving and shifting based on weather and other outside influences beyond our control.
To help minimize these and other disruptions, we have a standing in-house Thursday morning scheduling meeting designed to fully prepare our crews and customers for the following week’s work. Prior to the meeting, we adjust the schedule as needed to fill any “holes”; which often allows our clients to move ahead in schedule. The result of our process is a job schedule that is a “living, breathing, logistical work of art” which allows everyone to save time and money.

Transformation day is here! Our team carefully places cones and barriers to protect your patrons from our work environment. Teams work quickly to patch and seal areas in need and coat and paint finished surfaces. Your project nets you a fresh look and a certificate of completion.
Other crews leave sloppy workspaces and loose ends in communication. RAM Pavement trains all team members to focus on the The Last 5%! Cones are picked up. The curb and drains are cleared. The key stakeholders have been communicated with so they can validate that the job is done. Final walk-throughs are completed by our quality assurance team.

It’s in your best interest to extend thelife of your paved asset, and it is in our best interest to extend the life of our partnership together. RAM Pavement has a proprietary cloud based management portal to keep track of every action taken on your property by our teams. In fact, upon completion of any work our team does for you, we provide a maintenance plan complete with projected dates and projected costs. Organization and periodic checkups from our EXTEND team ensure your paved asset is safe and sealed so you have no unpredicted costs.
