I cannot say enough good things about NewGen Restores and their professional, personable employees. Liz was so nice and prompt when answering my questions over the phone, and Kent showed up at 6:00 PM on a Friday night to give me a quote on giving my 60 year old existing hardwood floors some love. I opted not to have my floors sanded, but cleaned/polished and then 2 coats of poly went down. The guys arrived exactly on time, changed the color for me within the first 5 minutes of being there, and moved and returned all the furniture on top of doing an AMAZING JOB on the floors themselves. I was less than a 3 day process and the price was about half of my other quote. Do yourself a favor and give them a call – You won’t be sorry!

NewGen Restores refinished my floors in a new home. They lightly hand sanded areas and placed two coats of polyurethane. Kent and his crew did an excellent job and my floors look nice and shiny. Group 15 Real EstateKent came out in April to take a look at our dirty carpets. We have two large dogs that just recently got out of puppy-hood and two younger kids so the carpet had gotten very dirty over the past year. Kent was honest in his assessment. He’s not sales-y at all. We ended up replacing the carpet and Kent took care of that too (but only after we asked him about that possibility). He didn’t try to sell us on anything that wasn’t needed. Ed HolderJust a note to say what a great job our Vendor Partner, New Gen Restores, has done for me on a couple properties. On the first they cleaned carpet that we thought had to be replaced. Brought them back and did a patch job on the same carpet that is invisible to the eye. On a second job today, they re-stretched a tired carpet and then cleaned it and brought it back to life as well.
